Mom Boss Experience
Welcome to the first episode of the Mom Boss Podcast! I’m Coach Riona, and I’ve been coaching moms for nearly ten years. My journey has included many shifts and changes; I now have two boys, have experienced two emergency C-sections, and I’m a business owner, among other things. Life can get pretty hectic. I created the Mom Boss Coaching Program for busy moms who feel like they’ve lost themselves amidst the demands of motherhood, work, and marriage. There are so many moving parts, and it can be overwhelming and stressful. When it comes to weight management—especially weight gain—it can be confusing to know which methods to trust, what diets to follow, and how to stay consistent. On this podcast, I’ll cover not just health, fitness, and nutrition, but also the mental health aspects and the habits you need to develop to start and maintain your journey. I’ll share personal stories, client experiences, and some humor along the way. My hope is that you come here with an open mind, ready to learn and grow.
