Maternity Leave Grief and Transitions

I like to call this the "intermission" episode to the theme of what I have been sharing so far. This is something of current reflection and I felt compelled to talk about it.  Just like a lot of other things motherhood related, nobody really talks about this stuff.  Maternity leave doesn't always look the same for everyone and the changes that come with it can cause different challenges for moms who are going back to work.  There is guilt, yes but it's more than just that. It's more than just letting our kids go to daycare or leaving them in the care of someone else while we go to work. All about the ins and outs of my pregnancy. The good, the bad and the ugly.   For me it was more the latter two haha!! I was elated to finally be pregnant again but it definitely wasn't easy or glorious. My Pregnancy Loss-The Aftermath

**Trigger Warning** Nearing 8 years this month since my pregnancy loss, I found it so befitting to upload this episode today. I will be getting into the difficult and heavy emotions I went through after my loss caused by suspected incompetent cervix.  It was a trauma that I had never experienced and I explain all the ins and outs of how it felt and what it did to my life during that time.
