With 9 years of experience in personal and group training, she combines practical fitness, nutrition, and encouragement to help women pursue sustainable wellness in every season of life. She is a NASM-certified personal trainer, Revelation Wellness instructor, GGS Women’s Coaching Specialist, and certified PN1 nutrition coach. Meg spent much of her 20s in full-time missions with her family, traveling throughout the U.S. and overseas before planting roots in Tyler, TX. When she’s not coaching or creating marketing content for the gym she works at, you’ll likely find her outside in the sunshine, near the water, making art, or hunting for the perfect thrifted find.
