The purpose of this series is that we want to support you to have a stress free holiday season without food guilt and anxiety. Throughout the month of December we will continue to host IG live sessions where we have conversations around a variety of topics surrounding the holidays. Think of: how to avoid overeating/binge eating, how to deal with food guilt, how to deal with social pressure and food pushers and so on. โฃโฃ โฃIn this first episode we share our own stories around how the festive season used to be for us (filled with stress and anxiety, fear of overeating, food guilt, restricting and compensating and so on) and how it is for us now (peaceful and enjoyable with no stress around food or movement). โฃโฃ We would love for you to send in any questions which we will cover in the upcoming episodes!
