Descripción

Mum and son were not able to record last week so they recap the last three games, starting with the Burton Albion FA Cup Fourth Round, where we won 1-0. Mum and daughter actually attended this game. Then mum and son discuss the local, household derby against Manchester United (midweek game), where we were robbed of 2 points (some might say). Finally they discuss their trip up to Burnley where West Ham won 2-0 - our first clean sheet since August. To round off the episode they make their predictions for the Bournemouth game.

Anfield Avalanche: just the five then?! (Liverpool 5-2 WHU)

Mum and son made the trip up to Anfield this week to watch us get pummelled 5–2 by Liverpool what somehow still felt like a nailbiter. They break down the chaos of the game — the key moments, the controversial decisions, and the individual performances that summed up our afternoon on Merseyside. Was it defensive disasterclass or just ruthless quality from the opposition? They give their honest verdicts. Beyond the 90 minutes, they also share stories from their trip up to Liverpool — the atmosphere, the away-end experience, and whether the long journey was worth it. Attention then turns to the bigger picture: how the relegation rivals fared this game week, what it means for the table, and why the latest end-of-year accounts from West Ham United make for such stark and worrying reading. To wrap up, they look ahead to the next big test against Fulham and give their predictions — with survival nerves very much kicking in.
