Munro Musings
If you’ve ever wondered why you react the way you do, why certain patterns keep repeating, or why some areas of life feel easy while others feel inexplicably hard — this episode is for you. In today’s episode, I’m combining Human Design and parts work to help you understand yourself without making yourself wrong. This conversation isn’t about fixing you or trying to become someone else. It’s about awareness, compassion, and finally having language for experiences you’ve likely felt your whole life but couldn’t quite explain. We talk about your Human Design centers, what it means to have defined vs. undefined energy, and how conditioning actually shows up in real life — especially in relationships. I also share how I use parts language to relate to different aspects of my Human Design, so instead of saying “this is just how I am,” you can say “there’s a part of me that feels this way.” When you understand where you’re consistent, where you’re influenced by others, and which parts learned to adapt in order to feel safe, everything starts to make more sense. IN THIS EPISODE, WE EXPLORE: * What Human Design centers are and how they influence different areas of your life * Defined vs. undefined centers (transmitting vs. receiving energy) * Why undefined centers are often where conditioning, people-pleasing, and self-doubt show up * How parts work (including IFS concepts) helps you relate to these patterns with more grace * Why saying “a part of me feels this way” can be deeply regulating and freeing * How emotional sensitivity, worthiness, stress, motivation, and identity show up differently for each person * How understanding your design can reduce friction in relationships and communication This episode is especially helpful if you’ve ever: * Felt overly affected by other people’s emotions * Struggled with self-worth or feeling like you have to prove yourself * Been labeled “too much,” “too sensitive,” or “inconsistent” * Wanted more ease, clarity, and self-trust in how you show up You’re not broken. Your parts aren’t wrong. They were strategies — and now you get to work with them intentionally. ✨ Want to go deeper?
