Because the only moment we have is right now. If you fail to plan you plan to fail. It's so damn true. I hate to say it, but it is. We are creatures of habit and if we aren't paying attention our energy will leak into actions that are not in support of who we want to be. Our energy will literally be sucked from us by unconscious thoughts and actions that are not in true alignment with what we want, rather they are manifestations of patterns and programs we have been conditioned with. Sometimes these are healthy and sometimes not so much. Take the time to get clear about what you need to do each day to feel accomplished and good about yourself so that you can have the tools to take the thinking out of the equation and just follow the plan that gives you satisfaction. This is what builds momentum and subsequently boosts your motivation to evolve and grow yourself. Having a morning ritual and a bedtime ritual is so crucial! IT WILL SERIOUSLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE. Nothing changes if you don't. It's true. And it's the little actions you take repetitively that culminate the big changes over time. Rome was not built in a day. One block at a time.
