Descripción

This summer getaway was the first time we’ve seen more than 10,000 vehicles cross the Channel since Brexit. It was a major test of the system during a very busy part of the year — and while there was some congestion during peak times, overall traffic ran a lot more smoothly, largely thanks to many weeks of joint working with partners such as the Port of Dover, Kent Highways, and Kent Resilience Forum. In the first episode of my community podcast, I am joined by Doug Bannister, Chief Executive of the Port of Dover.

Help For Teagan - Emma Appleby

Welcome to my new episode of Natalie [https://www.facebook.com/Natalie.ElphickeMP/]'s Building The Future. In this deeply poignant conversation, I sit down with Emma, the incredibly strong mother of Teagan who is battling severe epilepsy. So many people across our local community have been following Teagan's journey and have supported Help for Teagan [https://www.facebook.com/helpforteagan] over many years. In our conversation, Emma shares the highs and lows of her fight for vital medicine funded by the NHS. Together with her appeal to the new Health Secretary Victoria Atkins [https://www.facebook.com/VictoriaAtkinsOfficial] as a fellow mother. Join us as we delve into this powerful story, shedding light on the crucial importance of accessible free healthcare. If you can help Teagan and Emma, please do.
