The fourth episode in the series of Decoding Constitution of India is about the making of the Indian Constitution and I could not ignore the speech given by Dr. BR Ambedkar on the day of the adoption of the Constitution on 25th November 1949, as I find it very relevant even today. Hence, I have made a humble attempt to read out the speech given by Dr. BR Ambedkar as I felt it is very important to understand his speech in order to understand the conditions necessary for the successful functioning of the Constitution. I have made an attempt to read his speech as I also felt it's easy to listen than read.
