NOP: Reflection

After realizing that I've been recording for nearly a year, I thought it would be great to reflect on the goals I set for myself and think about how far I've come. This episode serves as a reminder that we should never forget our goals or put them on the back burner.

NOP: Dear Twin

Writing letters to someone can help a person communicate their true feelings when they find it difficult to say those feelings aloud. Writing letters has been a way for me to process my thoughts on paper first without stumbling over my own tongue. In this episode, I chose to write a letter to my twin to express feelings I never got to say to her while she was here.

NOP: Seven

Seven represents a lot of different things for me this year, hence the title of episode two. As I approach my sister's seventh Angel Day, I reflect on the different stages of emotions and grief that I've experienced over the last seven years. This episode was a pretty tough one to record, and I think it shows the longer you listen.
