The theme for Azorius (white-blue) in OTJ is 'Take a Break'. The idea being to take a break on your turn and cast spells on your opponent's turn. And it has been a bit hit-and-miss. There are a couple great payoffs for taking a break but there are traps as well. As with most blue strategies outside of Simic (which is really a green strategy anyway), I've had the most success treating it as a spellslinger archetype with a low creature count. Focus on flyers and out tempoing your opponent with disruption from blue. In this episode I also go over the top performing cards, what traps to avoid, and when to take certain cards during a draft.
