Todays Episode is called "How to prepare for twins" and I am joined by twin mum (of 5!) Jade! We are discussing the practical side of actually how to prepare for two babies at once (if ever you can!) and basically having a good old chat about everything twin related!

Diastasis Recti

This episode I am joined by Womens Health Physio Gemma Richardson , who runs women's health clinic https://www.instagram.com/herphysiouk/ [https://www.instagram.com/herphysiouk/], in Burbage. The main topic of conversation is the largely un known condition Diastasis Recti, this is something I have suffered with for years since the birth if my son and can leave  you feeing very unconfident and unable to function correctly - it basically can  leaves your stomach looking 9 months pregnant when you are not pregnant! Gemma will be talking us through what is DR, what causes it and what we can do to rectify it , as well as touching on other subjects such as SPD and pelvic floor exercises.

"Our twins came at 26 weeks - here is our story."

Today I am joined by the inspirational couple Laura and Simon , who at just 20 years old gave birth to twin boys at 26 weeks.  They openly share with us how they got through those early days and how they get through life with one disabled twin and one fully abled twin. Their story, although sad, is an uplifting reminder that through communicating with each other and never giving up you can still go on to be happy after such heartbreak.

Today I am joined by my husband Tony , he speaks openly about his feelings about the impending twins and our rollercoaster of a journey so far , covering finding out it was twins , our screening test nightmare, gender reveal and much more. I also open up about what's been happening the last few months with me, including my ambulance dash and two hospital stays! Its quite a full on episode ! Enjoy !
