Episode #13 - The Healing Benefit of Repentance
the oil of helichrysum. Helichrysum is a mountain wildflower in the daisy family that has slim, silvery leaves and yellow blossoms. Unlike other herbs, only the blossoms yield the fragrant oil. The helichrysum plant is often referred to as the Everlasting or Immortal Flower, the Helichrysum plant offers several benefits to the skin. This oil helps promote healthy, glowing skin and can help reduce wrinkles. I have always loved using this oil thought to help soothe minor cuts, scrapes and skin irritations. I like to call it a liquid bandaid. Helichrysum’s primary constituent is neryl acetate, which has been shown in experimental research to be effective for reducing skin irritations. This oil helps restore and helps heal. In this episode, Courtney shares how healing it is to repent of our sins and have a change of heart!
