The Pause I Didn't Choose

There’s a kind of pause no one prepares you for. The one after the breakup, after graduation, after the plan falls apart. In this episode, I share what happened when my life went quiet- the OCD spiral, the uncertainty, the loss of identity, and the uncomfortable space of not knowing who I was becoming. This podcast is going to explore that space, the messy middle, through conversations with women who’ve experienced their own pauses. Because social media shows the milestones, but rarely the middle. And I think the middle deserves to be talked about!!

Where I felt numb, hopeless, and like I was slipping back into something I’ve fought so hard to crawl out of. In this episode, I open up about what that’s looked like for me- the scary thoughts, the complete lack of motivation, and the terrifying idea that maybe I’ll never feel better again.
