Episode 3 of Season 3 or is that Series 3? Depends if you are from the US I guess. Anyway this episode is all about Fear. Why do we fear things, how does it manifest and why can it end up changing to anxiety. Included in this episode is a mention of the mantra 'Nam-myoho-renge-kyo' which loosely translates as 'Glory to the Dharma of the Lotus Sutra' and is recited to assist in overcoming obstacles to success or happiness.
