In this episode I chat to Katy Marks, founder of Uno Bra, about her own diagnosis of breast cancer cancer and how that drove her to create a lingerie brand designed for the glorious assymetrical gals. We discuss the challenges of body image, the decision to ditch prosthetics all together, and how body positivity and inclusivity in fashion is actually kinda bullshit. What Katy has created is a huge step forward for inclusive fashion but we both can't quite believe lingerie like this doesn't already exists. Our conversation highlights how "inclusive fashion" isn't quite living up to it's name. Fashion, Festivals, and Feeling sexy with a Stoma: Lucy Jane on how visible differences shouldn't hold you back.

Today I chat to Lucy Jane who started off as a young fashion blogger in Manchester to now being a prominent advocate for stoma awareness after being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and opting to have surgery and live with a stoma bag at just 19. Six years on, we talk about the challenges of living with a stoma bag, how she is breaking down the stigma, and how her experiences have shaped her confidence and approach to fashion. Dating disasters and saucy socks... the solo episode you've been longing for

In this episode, I discusses the complexities of dating and sex after cancer treatment. I share my personal experiences - aka my datings disasters - the challenges faced by so many women, and my "advice" on overcoming some of these issues. Please note, I am not an expert, I just like to pretend I am, I've literally had sex once since cancer but I have talked ALOT about it so that makes me a pro right....
