Season Four Episode Two

Quotes Worth Repeating Things I like Music that gets me out of my chair and dancing around my house. I can still bust a move at 72. There’s little that I do any more that I don’t WANT to do. At my age, I’ve finally  put away my “good girl” or “people pleaser” persona. Baking as therapy. When I become afraid of what’s going on in the world, there’s comfort in gathering the ingredients for a favorite recipe, and measuring, whipping, stirring, and dolloping. Things I don’t like Chin hairs that pop up within seconds of getting in the car and driving off to run errands or go visiting. I always go the dark side when something happens and no matter what I tell myself, I still do it.  I’ve gotten worse about remembering people’s names, but their pets are a different story.

Being a lifelong creative and writer/poet, working outside what's familiar & comfortable is vital to me. That's how we grow & evolve.”  Teresa [https://www.instagram.com/teresacapaldoart/] Website/App/Book Recommendations My wonky knitted scarf [https://www.judithhenrycreative.com/blog/wonky-knitting] https://reddirtcottage.com/ [https://reddirtcottage.com/] https://www.elizabethcassidystudioworks.com/ [https://www.elizabethcassidystudioworks.com/] https://www.wendyshragg.com/ [https://www.wendyshragg.com/] https://www.marygehley.com/ [https://www.marygehley.com/]

I just want you to know more about Medicare’s hospice services in the event they can be of help to you and your loved one. J Henry Considering hospice is not about giving up hope. It’s about making the most of the time remaining. J Henry Being proactive on the subject of hospice is a good idea. Talking to your family member before the actual need arises will help you all feel more comfortable with the decision to move forward with hospice care at the appropriate time.
