OPEN Conversation with Lacol

In this session, we welcome Cristina Gamboa Masdevall and Carles Baiges Camprubí, architects and founding members of Lacol Arquitectura Cooperativa. The Barcelona-based, non-profit architectural cooperative Lacol have redefined collective housing programs through development of an eco-social transformation tool based on sustainable architecture and cooperative engagement. Their work has been widely recognized, including winning the European Collective Housing Award. The conversation is titled CARING FOR THE COLLECTIVE and is moderated by Aislinn McCarthy, architect and PhD Fellow at the Aarhus School of Architecture.
