Anxiety is often misunderstood. Many people reduce it to nervousness, fear, overthinking, or simply worrying too much. But for those who have lived with it, anxiety can become an invisible battlefield—one that affects thoughts, emotions, relationships, decision-making, sleep, creativity, and even the way the world is experienced.
