A vast majority have been accustomed to blaming, they are no longer making progress in their own lives. Blaming feels good, but it perpetuates the situation you are not happy about. In order for change to happen, one has to quit blaming and take personal responsibility.

Cutting off branches that are just taking all the nutrients without giving us a good return. It's high time to evaluate our lives to get rid of things that are always taking value from us and never adding. Assess your friendships, are they cashing in or they are cashing out? Outgrowing your environment

In this episode, we are going to jump onto an adventure of comparing our lives to that of a seed planted in a seedling tray. When it reaches a certain point, it needs to be transplanted into a new environment. There are times we find ourselves in a position where we have outgrown our environments. Environments do come in the form of friendships, relationships, workplace just to mention but a few. The chemistry and connection we used to have with some people just fades away, and we find ourselves distancing them by the day. At times, this occurrence might make you feel guilty but to be honest, there is no need to, given you did nothing wrong.  The spark no longer exists, the excitement you used to get from your work has vapored into thin air. What do you do? At times, it is important for you to assess the environment and see if you haven't outgrown it. If you have, it is time for you to leave if it is not willing to grow with you. If you stay in friendships that you have outgrown, they end up becoming so toxic and limiting.
