Episode 31- Herculean Effort

After Alexander's stunning victory against Darius at Issus, the Macedonian army moves further south into the Levant, inching slowly toward Egypt. Along the way, the Island city of Tyre puts up stiff resistance as Alexander and the army use some creative engineering to reach the city.

Episode - 30 The Empire Strikes Back

We continue Alexander's conquests as the King marches deeper into Persian territory. Meanwhile, stirrings from the deep unfold as Darius begins a retaliatory campaign in the Aegean Sea and raises an army to defend his empire. The first showdown between Alexander and Darius begins.

Episode 29 - Like Father, Like Son

In the aftermath of the battle at the Grancius River, Alexander begins his conquest of the Persian Empire, swallowing up Asia Minor. We pause for a portrait and unveil a mysterious plot to kill the King.

Episode 28 - Go East Young Man

Alexander sets off on the Persian Invasion, the dream of his father now realized by the son. However, time is ticking for the Macedonian army as Alexander must force a decisive battle sooner rather than later.

Episode 27 - Making Peace

After quelling the revolts in Thrace and Illyria, news spreads into Greece that Alexander has died. This prompted Thebes and Athens to declare freedom from the Macedonian Kingdom. Alexander is forced to return south, intending to force peace on his enemies.
