It’s not a deep dive, just an honest reflection on how this framework has started to give language to things I’ve felt for a long time but couldn’t quite explain. It’s helped me begin to understand the different parts of myself and why they show up the way they do. When Jesus is invited into this process, everything changes. Instead of trying to fix ourselves, His presence meets us with compassion, truth, and peace—right in the middle of it all. This episode is simply an invitation to explore, to grow in awareness, and to see that God is not distant from your inner world—He’s present in it.
