Accountability

Accountability is the obligation to take ownership of actions, decisions, and outcomes, including accepting consequences for results rather than just completing tasks. Many of us need an Accountability partner to advise, instruct, and explore the possibilities of assisting us to manage our tasks. This decision doesn't mean we are weak. It suggests we do not want to be bias in our judgement and character.
