Breaking The Surface We had decided on the topic of diving inwards. Going into our beings and learning to be with the emotions, feelings and thoughts that we have. There are an alarming amount of distractions out there that take us off our paths. It is time we take that control back. We can do this by diving into our very beings through many methods. These methods come both from ancient history and more modern updated thought processes. Stuff that is mentioned there: Wait first go do what you have to do to get relaxed. Take a breath. Stretch. Take a breath. Okay. We dove into meditation that we have both experienced. This can have such a profound effect on our bodies, minds and souls. To be happy and to see abundance and to be great with just being is an excellent practice. It relaxes the body and allows it to get in a state to create. One of the goals as humans is that we are a creative species. Our minds can invent, imagine, dream and flow. Once we are able to do that as a species together the stars will only be the start of our explorations. Joe "Reiki" Somma also gifts the audience with a pull from his Rebel Deck.
