From their award-winning Mexican lager to their famous Atomic Duck, we're diving deep into what makes this Arts District brewery so special. Plus, Sarah actually brewed one of the beers we're tasting today! What We're Sipping: * El Pato Loco Mexican Lager - World Beer Cup gold winner (and we understand why!) * Just Hatched Extra Pale Ale - Fresh hopped beer that Sarah helped brew from start to finish * Waddle Hazy Session IPA  - Doesn't drink like a session at all, full-bodied and juicy * Atomic Duck West Coast IPA (7%) - The flagship that started it all Meet Sarah: * Brand Ambassador at Able Baker (3 months in new role) * Been with the brewery for 5.5 years total * Started as bartender in February 2020 * Originally from North Carolina's big beer scene * Helped brew the Just Hatched we tasted (6 hour brew day!)
