We call it I3 but you can just call it building a relationship Interest or Curiosity 1. to pique somebody’s curiosity you must associate your product with something that will help them survive. 2. Your customer are not curious about YOU, they are curious about how you can solve their problem. This thing should peak curiosity. Then answer the question but how? Which leads to enlightenment: Insight or Enlightenment: - Remove confusion. - Lift the fog - After you peak interest you need to answer the question but how______? Investment or Commitment: When asking for commitment there are two reason people don’t place an order. 1. Brand never ask for the sale 2. Or brand ask for the sale too early
