Elokim is din, teva, the world appearing to run on its own. Both must be praised: ba-Hashem ahalel davar, b'Elokim ahalel davar. • Why concealment exists — The Izhbitzer's chiddush that the natural order working is itself the biggest chillul Hashem. But the concealment is intentional — it's what makes bechira possible.
