This is from a video exhibit for my 14th Amendment/Sec 3 Case (With Judge Reyes) against President Trump. I have cut down several days of the J6 Select Committee hearings to an hour of essentials. The case alleges (among other things) that his Jan 20 use of the pardon power to free J6’ers convicted for seditious conspiracy is prohibited under 14sec3 and is not a valid “presidential act”, particularly since he incited the seditious acts/actors. I am only seeking a civil declaration from the court, but it could be used in other proceedings, such as overturning pardons/impeachment/etc. It doesn't include any of the Rudy stuff, the fake electors, or Ruby Bridges, since it didn’t seem necessary to the case, however, if you have a friend who never watched the hearings and would like to show them an effective cut-down abridged for brevity version of it with lots of insurrection footage and testimony, this might be just the thing :-) This is a public episode.
