Descripción

In this episode, I open up about some of the deep inner work I've been doing lately. I've been spending time with younger versions of myself, sitting with my inner child, my teenage self, and the parts of me that have carried shame for far too long. What I've been realizing is that so much of the shame we hold isn't actually ours. It's inherited, learned, projected onto us, or created from experiences that taught us we weren't enough. Over time, those stories become woven into our blueprint, and we start believing them as truth. In this share, I share some of the practices and techniques that have been helping me gently reconnect with these younger parts of myself, release what I have been carrying, and create a different relationship with who I am. I also talk about self-love.. An honest look at how we speak to ourselves, how we judge ourselves, and how often we withhold the same compassion from ourselves that we freely give to others. This episode is an invitation to become aware of the stories running beneath the surface, to bring light to the places that still hurt, and to begin reprogramming the way you speak to yourself. Because healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you were before shame convinced you otherwise. If you've been carrying shame, questioning your worth, or feeling called to heal the younger parts of yourself, this conversation is for you. Helping women reconnect with themselves, heal old wounds, release shame, and come back to their light is a big part of the work I do in my 1:1 sessions. Together, we create a safe space to explore what is ready to be healed, support the younger parts of you that may still be hurting, and help you reconnect with your truth, intuition, and heart. Choosing Myself Instead

There was a part of me that didn't want to record this episode. Not because I didn't have anything to say, but because I was in the middle of moving through some really deep grief, emotions, and life changes. And instead of pushing through it, pretending I was okay, or showing up as a version of myself that wasn't real, I chose to honor where I was. In this episode, I'm sharing what I've been navigating behind the scenes, the grief I've been carrying, and the importance of giving ourselves permission to slow down, feel what needs to be felt, and stop performing for everyone else. We live in a world that constantly tells us to keep going, keep producing, keep showing up no matter what. But sometimes the most healing thing we can do is create space. Space to breathe. Space to feel. Space to listen to what our heart is actually asking for. This is an honest conversation about grief, self-compassion, letting go of expectations, and learning to choose ourselves, even when it's uncomfortable. If you've been moving through a season of change, loss, uncertainty, or simply feeling like you need permission to slow down, this episode is for you. If you're looking for deeper support on your healing journey, I offer 1:1 Energy Healing Sessions, women's retreats, workshops, and transformational experiences designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release old patterns, and come back to your inner light. Womb Wisdom, Fascia & Female Healing with Caytlyn Dee | Medicine Woman

In this episode of Raw & Embodied, I sit down with my beautiful friend Caytlyn for a really honest conversation around the female body, fascia, pelvic care, womb healing, stored trauma, and the intelligence of the body. This conversation is so important. We talked about how so many women are carrying years of pain, survival, suppression, heartbreak, abuse, stress, silence, and emotions within their tissues and fascia without even realizing it. How the body stores so much. How symptoms can sometimes be the body trying to speak to us instead of work against us. Caytlyn has spent years deeply supporting women through this work, and you can feel how much reverence and care she has for the female body. Some of her sessions are hours long because she truly takes her time helping women soften, release, reconnect, and feel safe within themselves again. I also share how Caytlyn has personally worked on me and helped me release years of jaw and neck pain that I had been carrying in my body for a very long time. It was incredibly eye opening for me to experience how much emotion, tension, protection, and energy can live within the fascia and tissues of the body. We dive into sovereignty, learning to trust your body again, reconnecting to your womb space, and what happens when women stop abandoning themselves and begin listening deeply to what their body has been trying to say all along. About Caytlyn Caytlyn is a multidimensional women’s health educator and practitioner specializing in integrative womb and pelvic care, fascia work, trauma integration, and female embodiment. Her work supports women in reconnecting to the wisdom, intelligence, and sovereignty of their bodies through deep, intuitive, and highly personalized care. She believes symptoms are sacred messengers guiding women back toward truth, vitality, and self-love — not problems to simply suppress or fix. Through her work, Caytlyn helps women unlearn the conditioning that disconnects them from their bodies and instead build a relationship rooted in trust, safety, softness, and deep listening. Her sessions often weave together physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual healing, creating space for women to release stored trauma, reconnect to their pelvic bowl and womb space, soften protective patterns held within the fascia, and remember themselves as whole. Her vision is a world where women trust their bodies, speak their truth, and feel deeply at home within themselves. How to find her:  Instagram @caytlyndee Website: https://www.rebirththewild.com/
