Fionnuala O'Callaghan Interviews Rose O’Sullivan Strategic Finance Manager, Fexco Group Rose O’Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Limerick (BBS) and trained as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte. She has almost 20 years of experience working in Finance including renewables, outsourcing, customs, fintech and aviation.  She is passionate about ongoing education and having recently upskilled in the Aviation and ESG areas she is now undertaking an MBA with University College Cork.   Rose works in Fexco where she has progressed from Management Accountant to Finance Business Partner, Strategic Financial Analyst, and her current role of Strategic Finance Manager. In her current role she leads a team who manage the finance needs of the Technology, Innovation and New Ventures areas of the Fexco business. She also supports the team who look after Fexco’s investment activity be that in the M&A space, internally generated ideas, or business acceleration opportunities.
