Real & Natural-ish with Natasha Pehrson
In today’s episode, I’m bringing on my tap coach (and now friend) Zach Kelly — and we get into everything from healing your inner child to choosing the life you actually want to live. We talk about how getting back into dance at 36 has been one of the most healing things I’ve done this year, Zach’s wild journey from almost-orthodontist to internationally recognized tap choreographer, and what it was like for both of us to be part of Team USA at the World Tap Championships. Zach and I also dive into confidence, why people get intimidated, and the line he said that genuinely stopped me in my tracks: “People aren’t jealous of losers.” We unpack that, plus what it really means to take up space, start something new as an adult, and let yourself have hobbies again. If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself or scared to try something you used to love, this episode is your sign — it’s not too late, and it gets to be fun.
