Ok I discovered the best book I've ever come across, it's called listen to yourself by you. Don't let others tell you what you can and can't do. Listen to yourself, it's an art like anything and takes time to understand. Sometimes you have to push harder, others times you need to rest and recover. Learn this process by making mistakes and correcting them. Done
