In this episode I talk about the issue with people always wanting to start over on goals. They feel like they always need a fresh start, a new month, a new Monday and then they fail again instead of just continuing on forward. Staying committed to your health and fitness goals is going to be something that is a mindset shift and that is something I used to struggle with.
