Shelby Hensler is the Creator of Unbound Collective, a movement and wellness space in Newport Beach, California. Shelbs ( as we like to call her) started her career as a hard core personal trainer but through her own experience of physical burnout and carrying an extra 20lbs despite all her high intensity training and kale salads, began her journey to discover what "true wellness" really meant for herself and her clients. She now works with people 1/1 coaching and supporting them in achieving true wellness through practices like movement therapy, somatic work, meditation and yoga to heal their bodies and achieve true wellness.
