Descripción

In this episode, taken from a keynote at the Digital Health Ljubljana conference, we address the invisible crisis at the heart of the modern healthcare system: the gap between technological innovation and the lived reality of those it’s meant to serve. For too long, digital health products have been designed for patients rather than with them. This approach often results in tools that meet clinical requirements but fail to account for the cognitive load, physical limitations, and daily hurdles of living with a chronic condition.
