RISE Tulsa Real Producers Podcast
Tom O'Stasik joins me on episode 10. Tom's thoughts on doing anything different. "Fortunately, my sales background, I fell back into a groove of applying what I've known there. I've done entrepreneurial endeavors in the past. I've done YouTube channels in the past, and it seems like this profession has been a culmination of all these different skill sets I've learned. Combined with a passion for it and I don't know that I would do it any different. Sure. Maybe a couple tweaks here and there, but nothing, I've been pretty satisfied with the road I've been down." Mentorship? "I think mentorship Is absolutely valuable. I didn't really have it jumping into the real estate business. I spent a lot of time circling it, studying it. I got involved with Keller Williams because I really liked the woman that led the the office that I joined, and she seemed to be in line with my values, interests and goals. And she's also a coach, so I knew I had a mentor there. I understand the value of mentorship and the coaching aspect given my history of, I used to be a professional golfer back in the day, so I absolutely understand there's value in that, and that's part of why I chose Keller Williams. And so I have had that feedback or that assistance." Book: The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari - Robin Sharma [https://www.robinsharma.com/book/the-monk-who-sold-his-ferrari] Tools: iPhone, CRM
