When disease wakes you up - understanding the signals of our body, mind and soul

Are you suffering from chronic pain or is there a physical symptom coming back and back again and you don’t know what to do about it? It’s your body speaking to you. When disease manifests in our body, it’s usually connected to other systems in us: mental, emotional, energetical etc. If we start listening to our body and seeing ourselves as one interconnected being we might be able to recognize the messages our bodies are sending to us day by day. Maybe it’s unresolved trauma, painful thought patterns, suppressed emotions, a toxic relationship or unlived dreams or visions. Whatever it is, the key to your overall well being and health is understanding the signals.

The courage to say ‘No’

Today I’m talking about the fear of saying no and where it (maybe) comes from. I’m sharing with you my experiences on this and the two parts to it: 1. Finding out, who you are and what you need and then 2. Having the courage to voice your boundaries. It’s a tricky thing and there’s lots of reasons why we don’t say no or why we might feel scared to communitcate it. Hello and welcome to a new episode of ,Rising Sun and Waterfalls’. Today I’m talking about the book “A return to love” from Marianne Williamson, how it inspired me and how it helped me to transform difficult moments and situations. Also I speak about the impact our wounds have on us and how they influence how we treat others. It’s time to take responsibility for our actions, to shine the spotlight on our shadows, on what we don’t like of ourselves oder what we don’t feel, so that we start creating more peace and love in this world. Because, when you’re at piece with your deepest darkness, you won’t feel the need to push or project you pain and struggles on others. Have fun 💜
