Jo Wilkinson is England Athletics Regional Coach lead for Endurance in the South East and Talent Event Lead coach on the England Athletics Junior Talent Programme. She talks us through moving from top-club to elite athlete, reframing her ideas about coaching, what her coaching philosophy is and what she looks for when watching her athletes. Jo has run all her life. She was coached by Alex and Rosemary Stanton (Paula Radcliffe's coach) and has a host of accolades to her name including: * 6th in the 10000m at the Manchester Commonwealth Games 2002 * 2 x top 20 in the London Marathon elite field * Team bronze running for GB at the European Championships * Having a daughter
