Running With Horses
As children we think, talk, and act like children. We are immature, lack measure, do not pace ourselves very well and bristle against even the slightest inconvenience or correction. But the Apostle Paul said we are to move beyond all that to mature in our faith, learning for example that seeing is NOT believing, and that to win by cheating through manipulation of others is not a win at all. Shirley discusses the release of God's power into our lives when we choose to grow up this way and the role of godly mentors who disciple and train us along the way.
