Descripción

It is the end of the year which means it’s time for the end of the year processing practice! I hope this practice became one of your holiday traditions, just like it did for me 🩵 I cannot imagine a better way to reflect on 2025 together! Tune-in and take a moment for your Self to hold this year in its entirety: good and bad, right and wrong, joy and struggle, challenges and successes and all in-between. In order to trully let go, we need to face the truth of it. Allow me to guide you on this journey so we can create space for the new year to come and our intention setting practice (that is coming up very soon ;)

‘Can We Be Friends?’ - Navigating Adult Relationships and Staying Connected With Others

Per Your friendly request, in this episode, russianriveryoga shares on her journey of making meaningful connections with others adults. She talks about why it can be difficult to engage with others based on the culture, season of life, societal norms, and etc. She also shares on her experience of it taking six years for her and her husband finding their community in Alaska and challenges along the way. Even though being connected has never been easier, we feel more lonely now than we have ever been. We all crave true authentic relationships with other people. But, it does not mean we should give up! Just like any other relationship, it takes work. Let’s be friends! I hope you enjoy this episode. Thank you for being a part of this community!
