Hello everyone, long time no see. With the current humanitarian crisis in Palestine currently, I did not feel that it was ethically just for me to upload my regular self-help topics. I took a break for a while, however, I am back. I decided to come back and briefly reflect on my thoughts on the injustice depicted in Palestine on the Palestinian people. This episode touches on the importance on learning about concurrent issues that individuals face in the world and bringing awareness to these crises. Post-Graduation Depression is Real?

So I guess Post-Graduation Depression is REAL!  It is so hard not knowing what to do after this ultimate high. After years of hard work, you're now expected to make a 360 and work for the rest of your life with a WHOLE NEW routine. Then there's the continuous cycle of not knowing what is next. These are ALL normal feelings! So let's talk about it and get out of that Sad Girl Slum!
