Sage & Sensuality
Episode 5 continues Bri’s story into some of her most painful chapters that shaped who she is today: her first heartbreak, the spiral into depression and an eating disorder, and the nights she cried herself to sleep in silence. This is also a story of survival. She shares how therapy gave her tools to face her anger and shame, and sisterhood gave her the lifeline she needed. Through the women who held her when she couldn’t hold herself, Bri found a way back into her body and her voice. Episode 5 is a reminder that healing is never linear and that women championing other women can mean the difference between despair and hope, and, quite literally for Bri, life or death.
