Lowell Sheppard // Novice solo sailor exploring Japan and soon crossing the pacific

Today we head to Nihama Marina, located on the northern coast of Shikoku, the smallest of the four main islands of Japan. Lowell Sheppard, a self-described “Never-too-later” and novice sailor, has set a goal of sailing from Japan to Vancouver, Canada, before his 70th Birthday.
