Naturally, we spiral right back into nonsense. We break down ICU lingo and the unhinged sayings that only make sense when you’re running on no sleep, debate the legitimacy of “cowboy medicine,” and unpack the controversy of Michael taking a date to his favorite low-key, kept-secret spa… which Colleen has very strong opinions about. This week takes us from Brazil (yes, the stories are exactly what you think) to canned tuna becoming a full-blown personality trait. And just when you think we’ve peaked, we casually pivot into vaginal studies, including the very questionable decision to test Colleen’s pH like it’s a lab experiment we’re absolutely not qualified to run. It’s part travel chaos, part medical curiosity, part “should we be saying this out loud?”-but somehow still mildly educational if you squint. Expect oversharing, unhinged commentary, and a level of curiosity that probably should’ve come with supervision. It’s messy, it’s inappropriate, it’s very SOBU.

And yes… we’re reuniting in Portugal with the group from Michael’s friend’s college house that was literally called “The Brothel.” We haven’t seen them all together in years..
