Seasons of Mom
How many January 1st’s have you lived through to feel like you were starting from square one with your health and fitness goals? This episode I decided to switch gears a bit from the lens of motherhood, and talk to you as a Coach. Our habits have a bad habit (pun intended) of taking a back seat during the holiday season and we completely let go of all the things we normally do to help keep ourselves feeling good. Instead of looking at the holidays as a time of “all or nothing” how can we approach this time of year with a new mindset, and simply pivot our expectations instead of putting a hard stop to our daily non-negotiable’s?
