During today's episode we discuss how biological and psychological factors can affect the way our brain functions, leaving simple negative thoughts to take over and keep us from experiencing life to our fullest. We discuss briefly anxiety, stress, and diagnosis like OCD and PTSD being major components in intrusive thoughts. We break down the four steps to help negative thoughts not take over our everyday life and decisions.
