Why staying consistent feels hard + how to make it simple

Consistency is a big buzzword in the business world. Everywhere you turn, it’s in your face: “You need to be consistent to have a successful business!!!” So we buckle up and try to produce as much and as often as we can, so we can also become successful. But what ends up happening is 1, 2 or 3 weeks in, we start to slip. Miss a day, then another one, then 2 weeks go by, and we have published nothing. Enter blame, shame and feeling like a failure. Now, consistency is important. That is true. But not how you would think. And it cannot be created with force or with sheer willpower. There is a way though, to be consistent that gives you creative freedom, feels fun and also gets you the clients. Wanna know how? You don’t need social media to get clients

When it comes to building an audience it’s easy to jump to social media as the best option. Yet I see that so many wonderful entrepreneurs cringe, when they think about creating content for social platforms. So they force themselves to create reels that feel limiting, do trends that feel awkward or create perfectly desinged carousels where the design takes more time than the copy itself. I’ve been there. Forcing my to do social media, just because I thought I must. Because that is what leads to success, right? Well, not exactly.
