Session 20- Traditions

We all have traditions, there are holiday traditions, family traditions, cultural traditions and religious traditions. Traditions are what molded us to be the person we are today. We discuss the many aspects of tradition, and how it may have hindered or helped us in our upbringing.

Session 19- Cultural Appropriation

There have been many disrespectful acts from the black community to the brown community. White people have been seen making a mockery of native americans in school classrooms. When a culture or a race of people portray another race or ethnicity in a mocking manner through attire or behavior, it creates division and probable attacks between both sides. There might a misunderstanding between brown and black people, this conversation is really needed to come with a solution or at least to be in a place of peace by agreeing to disagree.

Session 18- Porn Addiction

Today we discuss the damage of porn addiction. Lots of Men and Women have this compulsive, uncontrolled fixation to pornography. How does this problem affect one in their personal relationships with others, spouse, children?? How does it affect one's mental state?
