Shift Happens: Lost to Locked in
If you’ve been feeling stuck, burnt out, or like nothing is really working when it comes to your health, then this episode is for you. This is week one of my series “4 Weeks to Your Next Self,” and we’re starting with the physical side. In this episode, I talk about why trying to force yourself into routines that work for other people can actually make things worse and how learning to listen to your own body changes everything. I also share a simple habit I’ve been focusing on this week and that is walking after meals. I also talk about why something so small can make a difference in your energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing. This isn’t about doing more or being more strict. It’s about working with your body instead of against it.
