Warning ⚠️- in this episode I talk about my own self harming behaviours as a teen girl all those years ago and my daughter’s downward spiral during COVID. I talk about how these behaviours keep us safe in a weird way, why they are so addictive and what we can do to break them.

?? Who is this podcast for and what’s it about…
The podcast is BAAACK and it’s just for YOU as a teenage girl. It’s a space to be open about the subjects you WANT me to talk about. It’s about making these subjects less taboo to reduce that overwhelm, the panic, the anxiety and the Argh so that you understand who you are. We’ll be talking everything to so with being a teenage girl - the little talked about subjects - your psychological development, the teenage brain, the female brain, energy cycles etc. Let’s get connecting so YOU can make this podcast work for you. Sometimes our minds (brains) play tricks on us holding us back from what we want to do or even something we are really excited by, just because our brains revert to an emotional memory where you felt scared or worthless. Our brains stop us in our tracks by distracting us, faffing, making us hide, staying in our ‘comfort zone’ - this week take the time to be aware of where your mindset blocks are holding you back by using the exercise in this episode.
